Corporate family, such as banks, consumer finance companies, securities broker-dealers, investment advisors, and mortgage companies. |

- sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
- affiliates from using your information to market to you
- sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Affiliates |
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be
financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Our affiliates include financial companies such as banks, consumer finance companies, securities broker-dealers, insurance agencies, investment advisors, clearing firms, and mortgage companies.

Nonaffiliates |
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Nonaffiliates we share with can include government entities, credit bureaus, insurance companies, companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, and companies that assist in servicing your
loan(s) or account(s) with us.

Joint marketing |
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that
together market financial products or services to you.
- Our joint marketing partners include financial institutions such as insur- ance companies and financial product or service marketing companies.

You may have other privacy protections under some state laws. We will comply with applicable state laws as to information about you, including medical information.
- Accounts with California addresses will be treated as if you opted out of joint marketing
arrangements.
- Accounts with Vermont addresses will be treated as if you opted out of sharing information among our
affiliates and opted out of joint marketing arrangements.
