Hiring Process

We want to ensure that you have the chance to learn about us and understand what it's like to work at BB&T. Likewise, we want to learn about you and assess your fit for the program. Our thorough selection process ensures that both BB&T and you will benefit from the relationship.

 

Applications are continuously accepted for the two LDP sessions held each year in January and July. During the first interview, you'll meet with the recruiter who will discuss the program and get an understanding of your skills. If you're currently in school, you may also request an on-campus interview through your campus career management office. Subsequent interviews are conducted at our corporate headquarters in Winston-Salem, N.C., where you'll have the opportunity to meet with LDP Associates and staff members.
