Payment Instructions
- All payments must be accompanied by an Association Services coupon.
- Write “U.S. Funds” on checks that are drawn on a Canadian bank account when check is to be processed in U.S. Funds.
- Make checks payable to the legal name of the association.
- Write the bill pay account number located on the payment coupon on the check.
- Do not mail cash.

Q. How does BB&T receive payments?
A. BB&T can receive payments by mail through Association Pay (automatic debit directly from any U.S. bank), through our online payment system, or by an online bill pay provider. Payments can also be made at any BB&T financial center.

A. To ensure payments are processed efficiently:
- All checks must be accompanied with a coupon.

Q. Will BB&T accept post-dated checks?
A. BB&T does not hold post-dated checks. All checks are processed the day they are received.

Q. I am considering making my payments through an online bill pay service. What do I need to know?
A. Refer to your coupon book for important instructions on using an online bill payment service. It is important to use the bill pay account number that is unique to each property address and each payment obligation. Using a bill pay service may delay the processing of your payment. It is important to make your payment well in advance of the due date.
Q. How do I set up automatic payments deducted from a checking or savings account?
A. Another convenient way to make your payment is through an automatic debit directly from any U.S. bank. Specific details about Association Pay can also be found within the coupon book or included with your statement, under the heading "Association Pay Instructions."
