Call BB&T Phone24 at 1-800-BANK-BBT (1-800-226-5228) and select 0 after selecting one of your BB&T accounts to speak with a client service representative.
Associates are available to assist you 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. until midnight Eastern Time.
By Mail
Complete the change of address information on the back of your account statement and mail according to the instructions.
In Person
Change your address in person at your local branch.
Online
You can change your address through BB&T OnLine.

Call the BB&T Mortgage Servicing Center at 1-800-295-5744 and speak with a client service representative.
Associates are available to assist you Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
