Log on to BB&T OnLine^® and click on the statements tab to view up to 24 months of statements for free.

By phone
Request a statement copy 7 days a week by calling BB&T Phone24 at 1-800-BANK-BBT (1-800-226-5228).

In person
Receive a statement copy at any convenient BB&T branch.
