How to log on to Online Banking

Visit bbt.com and enter the following information:

User ID

Your User ID will be the same as it was for your Haven Trust Internet banking service. If you received a letter from BB&T OnLine informing you that your User ID has changed, use the User ID provided in that letter.

Password

Your temporary Password is the last 5 (five) digits of your SSN or Tax ID. Upon first logon to BB&T OnLine, you will be asked to create a new password, accept agreements and set-up personal security questions.
