To access BB&T Phone24, you'll need:
- Your BB&T Check Card or ATM Card, plus your PIN
or
- Your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, plus your security code
If you don't already have a security code assigned to your Tax Identification Number, obtain one by calling 1-800-BANK-BBT (1-800-226-5228) and selecting option 1, then option 4.
To speak with a Client Service Associate:
- Press 0 after selecting one of your BB&T accounts
- Associates are available to assist you 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. until midnight Eastern Time
