⁶ Neither BB&T, its third party service providers nor its credit information subcontractors shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained in the Experian credit report or monitoring reports that you receive, including any liability for damages, direct or indirect, consequential or incidental. We will communicate only negative information that is reported to Experian. We will not report negative information to the client through the monitoring service that may be reported to other agencies but is not reported to Experian. BB&T Identity Protection is not a credit counseling service and does not promise to help you obtain a loan or improve your credit record, history or rating.
