CD-Rom Check Imaging
BB&T CD-ROM Check Imaging provides a fast, convenient, and reliable way to research and retrieve your company's paid (also known as cancelled) checks. CD-ROM Check Imaging saves electronic images of the front and back of your company's paid checks on a CD, which can be viewed on your PC. The images correspond with your monthly statements, making paid checks easy to find and eliminating the expense of storing and sorting through paid checks. You will also gain the advantage of saving space by not having to physically store years of paid checks.
How it Works
- Electronic images of the front and back of your paid (also known as cancelled) checks are stored on a CD.
- A CD can hold up to 25,000 images.
- Each CD includes an image(s) of your corresponding checking account statement(s).
- An image of an individual check can be opened by clicking any check-detail line item on a statement.
- Our Multiple Check Stock Imaging option provides additional space savings and convenience—combines 12 months of stored information onto a single CD at the end of your fiscal year.
- BB&T can also image your old check stock from any banking institution onto a CD.
Minimum System Requirements
- Pentium PC
- 32 MB RAM
- Windows 98, NT, 2000 or XP
- 6-10 MB of hard disk space per CD to be registered on hard drive
- VGA Monitor (SVGA 800x600 resolution recommended)
- CD-ROM drive
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or greater
