Bond/Indenture Trustee	Ensure that bondholders are protected and that the issuer is performing its obligations Authenticate bond certificates and ensure issuer compliance Monitor principal and interest payments and submit periodic reports to bondholders Prepare tax reporting information Administer sinking funds and represent bondholders in the event of a default
Bond Registrar and Paying Agent	Act as bond registrar when BB&T Corporate Trust Services does not act as bond trustee Process registration of transferred securities and pay interest to bondholders on behalf of the issuer Maintain records to prevent over-issuance of certificates, and cancel matured certificates Verify that adequate funds are available for scheduled payments, and maintain detailed payment records File reports with federal and state authorities
Credit Facility Trustee	Hold a trustee institution's letter of credit Draw upon that letter as directed by the trustee
Document Custody Service	Maintain physical custody of legal documents Store documents in a secure, fireproof, climate-controlled vault Provide recordkeeping functions and government reporting, primarily for mortgage loans Audit and certify mortgage loans sold on the secondary market
