You can change your address through BB&T OnLine^® by sending your new contact information in a secure message through the Secure Message Center.

Call BB&T Phone24 at 800-BANK-BBT (800-226-5228) and select 0 after selecting one of your BB&T accounts to speak with a client service representative.

Associates are available to assist you 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. until midnight Eastern Time.

Complete the change of address information on the back of your account statement and mail according to the instructions.
