To start using the app you must be enrolled in online banking. You will use your current online banking user ID and password to log on to the app. If you don’t have online banking, you can enroll now.
First Time Log On to The App
The first time you log on to the app, you will be required to answer the security questions you chose when you initially set up your online banking account. (Example: What is your pet's name?). Make sure you have your security questions answers ready. If you can’t remember the answers to your questions, you can reset them from the customer service section of online banking.

The BB&T iPad App is a secure banking application that allows you to access your accounts from your iPad or iPad Mini. Use it to check your balances, pay bills, deposit checks, transfer money, find ATMs/financial centers and contact customer service. You can also access and learn about other BB&T tools, products, and services.

BB&T does not charge fees to download or use the app. Your mobile carrier may charge you for web access services. Contact your carrier for information about their fees.

How do I download the app to my iPad?

Why don't all my recent transactions display when I view Recent Activity or Search Activity on my iPad?
Certain device restrictions prevent the app from displaying all of your recent account activity. Recent activity searches will return the last 30 days of account activity for the selected account. Check Number and account-based searches will display the last 30 days of activity for iPad. Date range searches for iPad will return the last 90 days of activity.
Why don’t I get search results when I click Search Activity for my account?
