To start using the app you must be enrolled in online banking. You will use your current online banking user ID and password to log on to the app. If you don’t have online banking, you can enroll now.
First Time Log On to The App
The first time you log on to the app, you will be required to answer the security questions you chose when you initially set up your online banking account. (Example: What is your pet's name?). Make sure you have your security questions answers ready. If you can’t remember the answers to your questions, you can reset them from the customer service section of online banking.
Account eligibility requirements apply. If eligibility is not met Deposits will not appear in the app menu. Mobile check deposit is available for iPhone, iPod with camera, iPad version 2 and higher, iPad mini and Android. A camera is required.
