Check the services you want to switch

The Switch tool will generate the forms you need to switch the services you selected. You will print these forms and mail them to your former financial institution, appropriate companies and agencies to inform them of the switch to BB&T.

Note: Social Security and Federal Government deposits cannot be switched by mailing a form from this tool. Visit godirect.gov if you only need to switch Social Security or Federal Government deposits.

Close your account at your former financial institution
A form will be generated for you to close your old account
