- If you suspect you're a victim of identity theft, immediately contact your local BB&T branch or call 800-BANK-BBT (800-226-5228). Learn more about fraud.
- If your BB&T Debit Card or credit card was lost, stolen or damaged, you may block your current card and request a new one.
- You can stop payment on checks that haven't cleared.
