View, pay and file your bills in U by BB&T.

Managing bills can be time consuming. Even with the convenience of Bill Pay in U, you still have to gather your bill information elsewhere on a monthly basis. Well, now there's eBills, bringing your bills directly to you. When you enroll your eligible recipients in eBills, you'll be able to view and pay an electronic copy of your paper bill directly in U from any device. 

So how does that work? First, go to Bill Pay to see all of your eBill eligible recipients. Select an eBill eligible recipient to begin the enrollment process. After you accept the terms and conditions, the enrollment request is sent to your biller for approval. Once you receive our notification of successful enrollment, you'll begin receiving your billing in U in one to two billing cycles. 

To see your eBill, go to Bill Pay and look for an eBill notification by your biller's name. A new eBill indicates a bill has arrived, and eBill Due shows when you need to make a payment. Locate your recipient and tap to view the bill. To pay the eBill, tap Pay and complete the payment form. Then submit. 

You can also pay an eBill from the recipient details page. First, select your recipient and tap Make Payment. 

Now what if you've already paid your bill elsewhere? No problem. Go to your eBill recipient details page and select Paid Elsewhere. Simple. 

Need to set up recurring payments? No problem. With recurring payments, you can set up customized payments by selecting different payment amounts and delivery options. Just go to Bill Pay and select Pay next to your eBill recipient. Be sure to select Recurring as your payment type. 

You can choose to always pay the amount due on your bill if less than or equal to a value you set or customize the delivery date, like having the bill delivered by the earliest delivery date, which is as soon as the bill arrives. 

Try our new way to pay using the eBill Due Reminder alert. When you receive this alert, simply follow the prompts to pay your bill and do it right from your phone. So look for your eligible recipients in U and enroll them in eBills today.
