View, pay and file your bills in U by BB&T.
Managing bills can be time consuming. Even with the convenience of Bill Pay in U, you still have to gather your information elsewhere on a monthly basis. Well, now there's eBills, bringing your bills directly to you. When you enroll your eligible recipients in eBills, you'll be able to view and pay an electronic copy of your paper bill directly in U from any device.
So how does it work? First, go to Bill Pay to see your eBill eligible recipients. Select eBill Eligible to begin the enrollment process for a recipient. After you accept the terms and conditions, the enrollment request is sent to your biller for approval. Once you receive our notification of successful enrollment, you'll begin receiving your bill in U in one to two billing cycles.
In Bill Pay, you'll notice the latest and upcoming activity for your eBill recipients. For instance, New eBill indicates a bill has arrived, and eBill Due shows when you need to make a payment. You could pay your bill right here, but let's say you want to view more details first. Select View eBill to see your statement or go to Manage Recipients for more information. You can go ahead and pay the bill right there or file it if you've paid it elsewhere. Simple.
If you want to make multiple payments at a time, simply go back to the Make Payments page. You can pay an eBill and a regular bill at the same time.
Need to set up recurring payments? No problem. From the Make Payments page, choose the recipient you'd like to pay and select Recurring. Then you can set up customized recurring payments by selecting a different payment amount and delivery option. For example, with many recipients you can set up recurring payments to always pay the amount due on your bill if less than or equal to a value you set and have it delivered by the earliest delivery date, as soon as the bill arrives.
And we'll send you helpful notifications, including our eBill Due Reminder alert, which gives you a new, quick way to pay. Simply follow the prompts to pay the bill when you receive the alert.
So look for your eligible recipients in U and enroll them in eBills today.
