U by BB&T: My Banker (Web)

Watch how the My Banker feature can connect you with a banker and enable you to schedule appointments from U by BB&T®.

Welcome to the demo for My Banker, the feature that connects you with a real banker and lets you schedule appointments on your time. In this video, we are going to cover the My Banker feature on a desktop or laptop. We also have a demo that covers how to use My Banker on the mobile app, so be sure to check out that, too. The My Banker tile will automatically show on your dashboard when you first log in and you are already given a real banker to work with.

As you can see, it's easy to call, email, get driving directions to their branch, or schedule an appointment. So let's schedule an appointment. First, pick the date and time you would like to meet. Choose whether you want a phone or in-person appointment, put in your contact number and the reason you'd like to meet, and click submit. There. Your appointment is booked.

One other thing to point out-- you can also add other bankers to your contact list if you want by clicking here. You can search by name or location, and you can add as many as four additional bankers. And there you have it. Connecting with a real banker is as easy as that. We hope this demo was helpful, and we hope the My Banker feature makes your financial life a little easier.

This demo is for the browser experience on a desktop or laptop computer. There is a separate video for the mobile app experience.
