What is the BB&T Visa Rewards Card?
The BB&T Visa® Rewards Card is a prepaid card, not a credit card. The value of the rewards card is limited to the amount of money loaded on the card. It carries the Visa logo, like any Visa credit or check card, but because it's a prepaid card, your spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the card by the purchaser.
The rewards card allows you to buy what you want, when you want, at millions of merchants in the United States where Visa debit cards are accepted.
How does my BB&T Visa Rewards Card work?
Using your rewards card for a purchase is similar to using any prepaid Visa card. Each time you use your card, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your available balance. Knowing your balance before you shop will ensure that your card is accepted. You can check your balance anytime by visiting bbt.com/rewardcard(opens in a new tab) or by calling 866-594-2076.
