Gain more control of your bills by having them organized in one place. eBills are like the paper statement you receive each month, but in an electronic format within your online banking account.
Enroll eligible recipients
eBills are available from hundreds of organizations nationwide, including credit card companies, utilities and cell phone providers. We'll show you which of your recipients are eligible—enrolling is fast and easy.
Simply log in to U by BB&T®, go to Bill Pay and view your recipients. eBill eligible recipients are clearly indicated for you to easily enroll each individually.
Manage recurring payments
With recurring payments, you'll never miss another payment. Use this feature to pay:
- The amount due
- A fixed amount
- A set limit—alert will be sent if the amount due is higher
Choose to have your payment delivered on the due date or a given number of days beforehand.
Understand billing history and trends
Knowing billing trends—such as when they are higher than average—can help you gain greater control of your expenses. You can browse up to 24 months of eBill history and view 13 months of statements.
Reduce paper clutter
Enjoy convenient online access to all the same information you're used to seeing on your paper bill. An alert will let you know when a new bill arrives—simply view and pay, or file it if you've already paid it elsewhere.
