How do I make online payments through BB&T Association Services?

Paying your association payment online is even easier through the BB&T online payment system (opens in a new tab). Your association must be enrolled in the BB&T online payment system for you to have the ability to make a payment.

It's easy for you to:

  • Make a one-time payment by debit or credit card using your Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover card. A flat $4.95 convenience fee is charged per transaction for payments made online by debit cards issued by a US financial institution. A convenience fee of 2.95% of the transaction amount is charged for payments made online by any credit card and some debit cards issued by a non-US financial institution. The convenience fee will be disclosed after card information is entered and before payment is submitted.
  • Make a one-time payment by eCheck. eCheck is an electronic funds transfer by ACH debit from your checking or savings account at any US financial institution. No convenience fee is charged for payments made by eCheck.

I'm considering making my payments through an online bill pay service. What do I need to know?

You'll need to use the bill pay account number unique to your property address and payment obligation (located on your coupons).

Please Note: Using a bill pay service may delay payment processing. Make your payment well in advance of the due date. Please refer to your Association Services coupon book or statement for important instructions on using an online bill pay service.

In most instances, payments received from a bill pay service aren't processed on the same day that funds are debited from your account. Depending upon the method of payment and delivery used by your bill pay provider, payments may take up to 5 business days or more to be posted to your association's account.

When using a bill pay service, it's advisable to schedule payments for a date well in advance of the due date.
